This Privacy Policy explains how Zhekar Company ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Zhekar mobile application and the website zhekarcompany.com (together, the "Service").

• Account information: your name, phone number, and email address when you create an account or sign in.
• Sign-in identifiers: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a unique account identifier and, where you allow it, your name and email address from that provider. We never receive your Google or Apple password.
• Delivery information: delivery addresses and, if you choose to share it, the map location (latitude/longitude) you select for delivery.
• Order information: the products you browse and order, order history, and order status.
• Payment information: payments are processed by First Iraqi Bank (FIB). We receive confirmation of payment status but do not collect or store your card or bank credentials.
• Verification data: when you verify your account, one-time codes are delivered to your phone number (via WhatsApp) or email address.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
• To process and deliver your orders and handle payments.
• To communicate with you about your orders and account.
• To improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the Service:

• First Iraqi Bank (FIB) — to process payments.
• Messaging and email providers — to deliver one-time verification codes and service emails.
• Delivery personnel — your name, phone number, and delivery address, so your order can reach you.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Data Retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to personal data.

Your Rights

You may access and update your profile information in the app. You may also request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
